Thanks to our showroom line our clients can verify the reliability of TECHNOplants technologies and produce samples with their own raw materials.
PILOT LINE
At TECHNOplants technical center clients can conduct trials and test, all options available for the production of airlaid and airlay carded nonwovens, from staple fibers to natural or recycled fibers, as well as combinations thereof.
Available equipment
TECHNOplants R&D equipment includes:
- A complete airlay line in width 2.5 meters with: Dell’Orco&Villani opening and blending section, airlay MULTIline fpd for staple, natural and recycled fibers, airlay MULTIline S for powders and resins application, needle loom, thermobonding oven and complete end of line with cutting, winding, stacking and packaging.
- An airlay line in width 1.2 meters for the development of innovative products and engineered materials, including carding airlay thermobonding oven, MULTIforce oven and end of line.
